I just would like people to be more clear with that. Claiming that tulpa is like another human is just ridiculously wrong. We can escape to more abstract term - person. And now it's just hard to verify.
"Most people here believe a tulpa to be the exact same as another person you could meet in real life" is super misleading when you're already on the same page of talking about what a tulpa is

I don't think tulpas have different "minds" entirely but a lot of people do so that could be confused there y'know

Some older tulpas (like me) act more like alternate identities than only imaginary companions. Existence of dissociative identity is not really questionable. Unfortunately, scientist rather talk about it with context of it being a part of a disorder
im trying so hard to stop doubting tulpas existance so I try to find some loopholes around myself like "dont worry, its different from religion so your not deluding yourself" and all that

@Rexerage , tulpamancy is for people. You don't need to blame yourself for doubting in your tulpa. It's rational to doubt. Also, it's different from religion - we actually have clues that imaginary beings talking to you is possible.

Bad thing, linking to very very bad unfounded and downright evil "science" and not taking the time to actually read and look into the sources you are citing is a very easy thing to avoid if you are seeking truth rather than attempting to justify a viewpoint.
If anything at all, our motor skills, self-control, etc. have improved or stayed the same during the time I've been around, or we have just never noticed any impact at all... I don't think there have been any studies on the like
